Our drinking chocolate made with cacao produced by Hacienda Victoria in Ecuador is a staple in our cafe. We use this chocolate for most of our hot chocolate menu, and much of our baking too! The Hacienda Victoria cacao has a deep classic "chocolate" tasting profile and is perfect for drinking.
Our drinking chocolate is incredible smooth, rich, and absolutely delicious! We recommend blending it with your favorite hot liquid: water, milk, or nut-milk. Each bag contains 6 ounces of chocolate. Blend 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate with 1-2 tablespoons of boiling water, then fill cup the rest of the way with hot milk (or alternative milk) and whisk till incorporated. May also be blended with water for an ultra rich and pure sipping chocolate
